What we collect
When you submit the consultation form on bizlucid.com, we collect the information you type into it: your name, work email address, and your description of the workflow you want help with. We also receive standard technical data that any web server sees (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation.
- To prepare for that conversation (we read what you send us).
- To protect the site from spam and abuse (rate limiting and automated filtering).
That's the list. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers, data brokers, or anyone else.
Processors
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), our email delivery provider, which processes the message content solely to transmit it. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party pixels. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
Retention
Consultation inquiries are kept in our business email for as long as the business relationship or conversation is active, after which they may be deleted or archived. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
